My dashboard
The dashboard is a tool designed to help you manage and follow up your
application forms.
Each of your application forms is displayed in one of 3 categories:
1. Action required dashboard
2. In process dashboard
3. Historic dashboard
to provide you, at a glance, with the urgent action required and the status
of the application procedure (draft, in process, accredited,...).

My profile
This page contains the CME Provider information entered into the Registration Form.
A CME Provider is registered once and for good. All future educational programmes (Events, Wbe Courses, Articles...) - organised by the same CME provider - will be submitted using the same User ID and password.
Information contained into the CME Provider profile can be updated as appropriate, at any time.

New application form
4 different types of application forms can be selected: Events, Web Courses,
CDROM or Articles and texts.
The questions differ slightly depending on the type of programme but the
philosophy and process remain exactly the same.
A CME Certificate - confirming the number of CME Credits awarded to the
programme - will be available to download on-line as soon as the accreditation
is confirmed.

My invoices
Invoices are posted and downloadable on-line.
Payment can be processed either on-line directly (secured website) or
by bank transfer.
Important: the invoice will
be raised to the invoicing address mentioned into the Application Form.
Make sure the invoicing details (address and VAT number) are as accurate
as possible.

Participants list
This section enables you to upload the list of participants - to the
EBAC accredited activity - directly into the EBAC system.
A template of the requested excel file - to be uploaded - is available
to download from the EBAC online Documents Library (link).
This information must be provided to EBAC so that Doctors' individual
CME accounts can be updated accordingly and automatically.

Event report
This section enables you to upload the completed event report on-line.
A template of the event report - to be uploaded - is available to download
from the EBAC online Documents Library.
The evaluation forms collected
from the participants must be analysed in order to complete the event
report with accuracy.

The list of all modules (educational programmes) submitted by the CME provider and already accredited by EBAC can be consulted in this section.

EBAC calendars
EBAC calendars contain the list of all educational programmes accredited
by EBAC and submitted by all CME Providers. The list - presented in a
table - can easily be sorted geographically, chronologically, by programme
title or by CME Provider.
EBAC calendars are updated automatically as soon as a new educational
programme is awarded accreditation.
Important:
Make sure to provide EBAC with the URL address where information
about your educational programme can be consulted on-line so that the
EBAC calendars can be updated accordingly.
